It is that nice bold green color I expect & it turns most smoothies & protein shakes a nice bright green of goodness color. Adding a spoon full of Spirulina powder to your smoothie or protein drink can bump it up from healthy to superfood healthy with little change to the taste you want.

One of my favorite smoothies is using frozen bananas, I add them to my blender, add some milk kefir, almond milk, a spoon of raw coconut oil, some raw honey, a spoon full of Spirulina powder some ice & raw caco powder & I am in love with the yummy goodness.

I am sure my kids will come up with other uses since they have already mentioned doing potatoes in the SuperSwizz to make hashbrowns (not tried yet).

But as I mentioned above my absolute favorite thing could be that my kids love using it & eating the veges.

Carrot & Raisin Salad

  •  SuperSwizz 3 to 4 cups of carrots
  • Grate 1 cup of apple of choice
  • add around a cup of raisins
  • 1 tbsp. of lemon juice
  • & stir in Mayo or yogurt to your desired amount (try using homemade mayo in this recipe here)
  • Chill & serve
