I have been wanting one of these so bad, then my daughter started taking Culinary arts (Homeschool High school) & I knew we needed it for her to learn. To find this great programmable one is more than I expected. Now we can cook in both the oven & the roaster & see the inside temperature of meats. And even without my daughters schooling we cook a lot.

Perks of course it being programmable, plus magnetic back, nice size LCD screen that I can see, easy to see & use button, only takes 1 aaa battery, it can lay flat or fold to sit up,  it beeps with the progress. I really like knowing what is going on inside the meat & not loosing heat all at the same time. Cooking is a perfect balance & this helps to have juicy meats cooked perfectly. Honestly I would recommend this for all kitchens.
