What a lifesaver these have been for my husband, his work boots are heavy & he stands on them long hours in a factory & his feet were killing him. These are great with gel that is thick enough to give him comfort & to not add weight to his heavy boots.
I really am so happy to finally have these gel insoles for my husband. The bottom is the blue gel & they are kinda floppy outside of shoes, the top part where you put your feet has a lining similar to your shoes. They seem to be great quality so I do hope they will last him for awhile helping his foot & back pain. They provide gel in just the right spots with thicker support just where needed as well as cushioning that helps get rid of pain from walking, standing etc. My husband says it is like having not some fluffy insole but having a lightweight cushion that molds to his foot.
we now have been also using a pair of these for my 12 year old son with very flat feet & he loves them too, he says his legs & feet do not hurt as bad.
