Its incomparable blend is rich in vitamins C, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, B12, D3 as well as biotin, boswellia, inositol, choline bitartrate and PABA that can promise amazing and visible results.
I have been taking this & it has helped my knees & ankles, honestly it is results that are noticeable from the first day.
What is great about collagen is it can help with sore joints but is also great for skin & so is the biotin that is in this mixture.
The array of b vitamins are also great for general health.
This also has the added benefit of boswellia or frankincense & is amazing for health & I was already taking daily before getting this Hydrolagen.
I started taking collagen awhile back & I was impressed with the results, so I wanted to give this Hydrolagen a try.
I found it easy to mix in protein shakes, drinks & juice, not as easy into warm liquids but not impossible.
Not overly found of the taste, if it was just the collagen & other ingredients it would be fine, the added flavor & sweetener are just not needed. But at least they are not overpowering & so mixing this with another non sweetened protein powder does the trick.
Personally I think this would have been far better without the addition of the artificial vanilla flavor & the stevia leaf extract, they both just detract from the taste instead of add to it. So if you do not mind that it has these 2 ingredients this is a great product.
