DanceCrazy Deep Tissue Trilgger Point Muscle and Massge Premium Roller Ball

I am really liking using this massage roller ball for myself & for my husband.
The extra DVD is not really needed but if you are looking for extra tips it does have them. There are plenty of tips online if you search.
Rolls nicely & give good constant firm pressure.
Perfect size for right in the palm of my hand.
I can rub my arms & legs & feel the results.
Perfect for my husbands restless legs to.
Do be careful it will catch mens leg hairs.
Really happy that something so simple gives such great results.
I can work out kinks, work trigger points & more.

DanceCrazy Muscle Massager Roller Ball DVD – Instructional Massage Rolling Ball

This DVD is informative, but is rather useless if you do not have the massage roller.
I do have it & the DVD to me is good for learning different ways to use it.
It is upbeat.
I do not feel it is a must have to get with the roller, though it is a must to have the roller if you get the DVD.
It is just more about the roller & using it.
So overall good for what its intended use is.
