Pure yacon syrup assists in weight loss and slimming waist sizes, regulating blood sugar, and increasing daily fiber intake.

The syrup, distilled from the Peruvian tuber yacon — contains up to 50 percent fructooligosacharides, or FOS. FOS, classified as a prebiotic, is a non-caloric sweetener and also a fiber source.

Yacon syrup Speeds up the metabolism to combat excess fat and regulates the hunger hormone, making you feel full longer.

Low-Glycemic Sweetener.

I can not say enough how much I love Yacon Syrup as a natural sweetener for everything from, teas, coffees, oatmeal, smoothies, baking, cooking & more. I love the taste & I love the effect it has on my body in positive ways. A natural sweetener that can be taken for health & immune system, yup True synergyAmazing.

Yacon as a great unique taste that to me kinda tastes like yams but other describe as a light molasses or caramelized syrups. Whatever the taste I love it & this True Synergy brand taste so pure & I love that it is raw. If you have been waiting to try Yacon Syrup, what are you waiting for. It is touted for weight loss but even if you do not lose weight you can eat healthier & yacon can be part of that.
